We have started a testing machine maintenance service, and now, our business range has been extended to designing/manufacturing testing machines or production equipment as a comprehensive manufacturer. There are many manufacturers claiming that they make products with high performance/high functions at a high-level of engineering competence. However, the current situation is that some of their products may not meet the customers’ demands in detail, due to the negative effect of standardization for the purpose of high efficiency. As for small/medium-scale manufacturers, after delivering products to customers, we quite often see cases where taking measures to solve problems or providing after-services such as maintenance, etc. are considered to be behind the curve because of lack of human asset. We are proud to have been gradually gaining the trust of our customers by listening intensely to them and realizing their needs. With our creativity enabling us to provide solutions that will respond to our customers’ requests and our technological strength enabling realization of our customers’ requests, and furthermore, with the positive energy and practical skills that we have, if we can solve problems at the exact time of our customers’ demands, and if our company’s name “CFI Co., Ltd.” first comes to mind, there will be nothing more satisfying than being recognized by our customers.
